From NZ i didnt have a cellphone to call but they have a direct dial to the Ciloms from the Tourist Info centre in Terminal 2 Melbourne Airport. Very friendly reception staff. Pool is very clean and warm, towels available at reception. Room was good size and clean.
Buffet offering at the Restaurant within the Lodge was fabulous! Food was plentiful, fresh and a great variety. Staff had character and personality and overall wonderful dining experience.
Only negative being so close to the airport you hear the planes regularly from the room.
