  Do not use these guys! they are robbers! 15mins work charged more than 1000 dollars! $240 calling out fee, 2 hours labor fee charged even he can only stay ten minutes. charge the work they havn't done!

  1. We attended your property on a Sunday as an emergency call out.
  
  A: You attended my property after 1.5 hours after I called, and I have no problem with paying $240 calling out fee.
  
  2. You had a cracked solar panel which was gushing water, we attended in a matter of urgency.
  
  A: I have turned off the water valve before you come. And the gas heater is still working good. I got a quote from other plumbers and they could fix it with the cost no more than $300.
  
  3. We carried out a make safe to prevent further damage to your property.
  
  A: This company asked me to replace my hot water system just because the soft connecting pipe is cracked. And the new system costs $4500 which is two times higher than the market price.
  
  4. Our company has a two hour minimum labour charge so that I can provide a quick, reliable and professional service to resolve your emergency.
  A: The plumber claimed he can only stay up to 15 mins on that day since he got more than 70 calls on that day and he had more than 20 homes to go on person on that day. If I had to pay two hour minimum labor charge, why you couldn't stay for two hours and permanently fix the problem? Why you had to leave so hurry leaving two copper caps costing $60 and just temporarily stop the leaking?!
  
  You have made a claim that I'm defrauding the insurance company, we take this statement very seriously and will be taking legal action with the intention of defamation.
