  The most unprofessional experience I have ever had! Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. On my return from my trip they had no records of me ever dropping off my car. It took an hour for them for find my key, which I needed to help locate. It took a further hour to find my car, which conveniently happened to have a dent in the front bumper. Don't be a cheapskate and pay for proper parking.

  Alpha Airport Parking Staff were efficient and friendly. Did not have an extended wait to either be transferred TO the airport of for pickup on my way home.
  The guys driving the bus were helpful with the luggage, and when I arrived back to my car, to find it with a flat battery, had it jump-started within moments.
  I can DEFINITELY recommend this service

  Booked online, car was booked in for 2 weeks as international trip. I am a return customer. Arrived at usual location and noticed the signs were different.... turns out the business has been SOLD to another airport parking company and we don't have a booking there!
  The man at the desk gave us directions to where alpha is now (3km down the road). We followed the directions and ended up at "Jetport" airport parking. No signs for Alpha anywhere. Now stressed out at 5am because we have an international flight to catch finally someone sheds light on the situation. Alpha had been sold to Jetport and the owners of Alpha were supposed to notify their clients of the change. Apparently many angry and stressed people had been turning up. Luckily Jetport were happy to take our booking and were very professional - I would book with them in future.
  Still their website is active and taking bookings.
  DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ALPHA THEY DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE!!! Not worth the stress!!
