  Impressive service! The entire process, from booking online, to shuttling to and from the airport, was easy and slick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was in good condition and as advertised. There was no fussing over wear and tear. It was excellent value for money. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

  Rented a couple of cars over the last few months and was happy with experience. Car was clean and reliable, and the second pock up was when they weren't busy and staff were great. The first time they were busy and service was not as good. I would use again but have used better as well. I'm tall and fitted into the Suzuki Baleno along with two big suitcases in the boot. Economical car as both trips did between 1,100 and 1,500 kilometres.

  Excellent service. Our plane was delayed but they tracked it and made sure they were ready to pick us up. Check through was efficient and quick. Hire charges are very competitive and vehicles clean and ready to go.

  I turned up and had booked for the wrong dates. The lady was incredibly helpful and sympathetic and sorted me out within minutes and sent me on my way with no fuss or additional charges. I was so grateful. The car was clean and in perfect condition. I had a quick turn around at both ends and the price was significantly cheaper than the same car with other rental agencies. I highly recommend and will be using this company from now on.

  Very good service!
  The shuttle is really a hassle saver
  The receiption lady was very straightforward and exceptionally welcoming!
  When we dropped off the car the last that received it was fast and we were out in matter of minutes

  It has been a pleasant trip for my 9 days stayed in Melbourne. Friendly & reliable service that had rendered by Bargain car rental make my trip successfully wonderful & convenient. Rented with GPS device (Optional) works well too. Easy pick up & return. I would highly recommend their services to friends/colleagues/relatives as well as for my future trip, I will be back ????

  Warm welcome & pick up. Depot wasn't far and paperwork process didn't take long so I was on my way as fast as I would have been if I had of rented from airport site.
  Likewise the return process was just as smooth.
  I cant finish the review without mentioning Jamie.
  His bubbly personality and friendly candor conversation made the whole rental experience memorable.
  With friendly staff and great rates, I will be back.
