  Hopeless service. No communication, they made me wait for delivery all day on a Saturday, then cancelled the delivery at the end of the day. This is after it was supposed to arrive 5 days ago… I’m unsure if our package will ever come. Other courier services can at least give you a decent window for a delivery timeframe. This courier will update their online form to say “on the delivery vehicle” and still not deliver it! I’m not looking forward to waiting around another day for delivery to be cancelled. Avoid this courier service at all costs.

  Criminally incompetent, 7 calls (absolutely none returned) = 7 different stories, utter fabulists (I should use a much stronger word) .I had to pick up my order from them due to a near 2 week delay where absolutely no-one knew what was going on, avoid like ebola.

  Bonds in Melbourne are fantastic!
  We have been using Bonds for same day services and couldn't be happier!
  The service is reliable and prompt.
  Our Account/Op and Fleet managers are top people, Will never disappoint!
  We have permanent drivers here in South East and they are polite and will go above and beyond to help.

  The tracking system shows 22nd June as delivery date, and turns out to be a no show.
  
  Contacted the customer support team and was told that it is supposed to be 25nd June. Called to ensure that it is 25nd June a day before the delivery and was told it is confirmed and 'very sure' it will be between 12pm and 2pm time frame.
  
  on 25nd 2.30pm, called the courier, person on the phone informed me that there will be no delivery on this day. Offer no apologies and told me nothing he can do because warehouse is close.
  
  It is amazing to see such incompetent company is still with 3 stars.

  Absolutely cunning Transport business. Arrogant, Inexperienced, Shifty & Racist operators. Can’t afford to pay their bills so come out with excuses that they cannot justify either. So jumps from one conclusion without evidence. Every one is a allocators with no knowledge on how to assign the jobs. Drivers has to cope up with the companies for their inefficient allocation of vehicles. No doubt they Surviving in market using shifty loops. Good I am out now and never ever would supply vehicles to this company.
