  From being 35 minutes late for our 1st appointment i turned away the gentleman for the measure as we were having dinner...i rescheduled once more but had to cancel last minute due to family matters..i then received a call 2 weeks after for a follow up appointment which i accepted gracefully to the lady on the phone...2 hrs later another phone call to confirm my booking..the following day another phone call to confirm my booking (all whilst at work) for that afternoon.. .once confirmed again i mentioned i may be 15 minutes late and my wife would be home incase but insisted i MUST be there and didnt want to waste his time calling.
  The supposed "owner" od Modern toller shutters harrassed me for speaking rudely to him after me hanging up and continued to call back wanting an apology after calling me a 4 letter word.
  Then tried to tell me i wasnt even home when they called around to consult on solar panels which my home ALREADY has!!
  These People are an outright nuisance once you've given them your number..not to mention pushy and aggressive.
  There are plenty of other players out there.
  Buyer beware and please read reviews and feedback...you will be the winner.
